What the journal does
This tool is a personal diary for visits to restaurants in the UK. It lets you record a star rating, the area you visited and constructive comments. Entries are stored inside your browser only and do not create public reviews or submissions to McDonald’s.
You can write as many genuine entries as your browser storage permits, revisit them later on the same device, export a CSV file for your own records or delete every entry.
Your privacy and data
The journal uses browser localStorage. We do not receive these notes on a server, but another person using the same browser profile may be able to read them. Clearing site data will also delete them.
Avoid putting names, phone numbers, card details, receipt codes or other sensitive information in your notes.
To share feedback with other visitors
Use our separately moderated community feedback directory. Public submissions are different from private journal entries and may be visible to other users only after approval.
To send feedback directly to McDonald’s, use the official survey or official customer-service page; neither of our feedback tools forwards comments to the brand.
